Return Policy

We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but just in case you change your mind, here are some simple rules about our returns:

Online Orders

  • Any returns made can be returned up until 7 days after the delivery date for store credit. (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) 
  • Due to limited items and sizing no exchanges can be made
  • Items must be unworn, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on the condition of the item. Please note you may need to provide photo if item comes damaged. 
  • Shipping and handling fee's are non refundable 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please contact the store to initiate return. Sales associate will need to provide you a return authorization number via email to include in your return package. 
  • All clearance, intimate apparel, bodysuits, swim wear, pre-orders and accessories, jewelry are final sale.
  • Please note: gift cards from our brick & mortar store do not work on the website and website gift cards do not work in our brick & mortar store!

  • All pre-orders, clearance, accessories, intimates, shoes, and special occasion apparel items are final sale. 
  • Sorry no returns will be given without a valid proof of purchase
