We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but just in case you change your mind, here are some simple rules about our returns:
Online Orders
- Any returns made can be returned up until 7 days after the delivery date for store credit. (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status)
- Due to limited items and sizing no exchanges can be made
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on the condition of the item. Please note you may need to provide photo if item comes damaged.
- Shipping and handling fee's are non refundable
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please contact the store to initiate return. Sales associate will need to provide you a return authorization number via email to include in your return package.
- All clearance, intimate apparel, bodysuits, swim wear, pre-orders and accessories, jewelry are final sale.
- Please note: gift cards from our brick & mortar store do not work on the website and website gift cards do not work in our brick & mortar store!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- Our business hours are Sun 11:00pm-4:00pm; Mon 12:00-5:00, and Tue-Sat 11:00am-6:00pm EST. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing orders. Orders placed on Friday past 12pm EST will typically ship the following Monday. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when selecting your shipping method.
- Orders will typically deliver between 2-7 business days from purchase date.
- You will receive an email with tracking number once your purchase has been shipped. Be sure to provide your accurate email and phone number during check out.
- Shipping cost will depend on weight of packaging.
- In the instance that your order will ship later than typical, we will send a follow-up email and let you know when it is expected to ship. During the holiday season, shipping times may vary, and orders may take 5-7 business days to process and ship. WHAT IS IN-STORE PICK UP?
- Once we receive your curbside order for in-store pickup, we will process it and send you an email letting you know it is available and ready for pickup. The majority of our items are available in-store and therefore we can process in-store pick-ups rather quickly. Curbside orders will be ready for pick up within 24 hours. All curbside orders are to be picked up within 30 days from your purchase date, if not picked up then the order will be restocked into the store and will be subjected to a $5 restocking fee, a gift card will be issued and will be valid for 90 days.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED or Overnight SHIPPING?
- At this time expedited and overnight shipping is not offered. We will keep you posted and inform you when this changes.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR APO'S?
- Yes! We ship USPS to P.O. Boxes and Military addresses (thank you for your service)! We are not able to offer expedited shipment with these recipients, so please keep that in mind!
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA, ALASKA & HAWAII?
- Of course! We certainly can't upset our faraway friends! Unfortunately, shipping time frames are longer, and it may take up to 5-10 business days to receive your order. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information!
CAN I USE MY APRICOT LANE GIFT CARD ONLINE?
- Unfortunately, at this time, we are not set-up to accept gift cards purchased in the Apricot Lane brick and mortar stores. If you are needing a gift card, we do offer E-Gift cards online that will be emailed to you. Those gift cards are online specific and cannot be used in the Apricot Lane brick and mortar locations. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Once your order is processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It is always suggested to make an account with us so you can easily log in and keep track of your purchases.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
- If you put in the wrong address, please call us immediately during business hours at (443) 371-6757. If it is outside of our business hours, please email us at belair@apricotlaneusa.com. We begin processing orders immediately, so please know that we will do our best to update your info, but if the item has already been packaged, there is nothing we can do. If you are using PayPal as a form of payment, please make sure your shipping info is up-to-date!

Items that we believe do not fit typically will be indicated in the description and sizing up or down will be suggested.
